How do I care for my Tackle…. boxer briefs?
We suggest a cold wash to maintain your Tackle to the highest order. Avoid tumble drying and bleach at all costs. No one wants patchy Tackles!
Why Bamboo?
Not only is bamboo highly renewable, growing much quicker than cotton, it also requires a lot less water. It wicks away unwanted moisture and lets your nuts breathe. Added bonus, it’s damn soft too = happy plums.
How do I know my order has been successful?
Don’t you worry, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details about your incoming banana hammock. If you don’t receive one within 24 hours, we are happy to take your call or you can send us an email at info@tackleundies.com.
How long will it take to get my order?
Australia: 2-7 business days from dispatch (eastern seaboard usually quicker), however can become longer during peak holiday periods. New Zealand: 10 business day from dispatch International: Varies significantly from country to country.
How much is shipping
USA: FREE!
International: $15 for orders under $100 and FREE for orders over $100
Can I cancel my order or change my mind?
We like to be flexible like our undies so we will try our best to switch or cancel it for you but after we pack that special order, there’s no turning back. Once you get them, we doubt you would’ve wanted to cancel the order anyway.
Can I return my boxer briefs?
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any OPENED pairs of underwear. Please check your tackle is comfy in the FIRST PAIR before opening the rest. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to keep the first pair and return the UNOPENED undies and we will refund you in full. If however, your order is more than 12 months old, we will not accept a return or refund..
What if I accidentally picked the wrong size?
We have a handy size guide up on our website so please measure yourself correctly, we’ll know if you exaggerate. However, feel free to keep the first pair, return the unopened boxer briefs and we’ll send out replacements in the correct size.
What if I got some faulty boxer briefs?
If a sneaky pair of trunks has gotten past our Barb in the Quality Assurance department, feel free to send us an image at info@tackleundies.com explaining the issue. We will then assist you on how to mail the faulty trunk/s back to our Quality Assurance team for assessment before a refund/replacement will be processed. If the product is deemed to be faulty, we will happily swap out the number of returned products with fitter, healthier trunks. We wouldn’t want your nuts missing out on the comfiness! *Please note we can only replace or refund to the value of the underwear that have been returned to Tackle head office so don’t chuck them away!
What happens if my gift card or voucher code isn’t working?
We know technology can be glitchy at times. Don’t worry just email us explaining your issue and we’ll work out a solution so you’ll be able to order the most comfy underwear Australia has to offer.
